Department of Education, Govt. of AP envisioned to enrich classroom learning in State’s Government Schools using advanced technology. The result of this dream and a resolute plan is being realized across the State.
Children in all 13 districts are enabled to learn from State’s best minds- at the Virtual Classroom in their own schools. Presently, 4000 schools are being brought on the Virtual Classrooms network in phases.
Cloud-based virtual classrooms system uses the AP fibre grid for interactive teaching-learning. In total, one State Studio at Vijayawada and 13 district studios are established to connect experts with remote classrooms. A clicker-based assessment system is embedded for real-time analytics at student/class/school/district/state levels.
Through the Kadapa studio 285 ZP schools are connected to Virtual Classroom platform.
On Dec 7th, a one-day training workshop was conducted by Sri Raveendra Bhat and team for District Teachers assigned as resources for managing virtual classrooms.
Students of Obulavari Palli Zilla Parishad school of Kadapa District were delighted to receive the state-of-the-art education facility.
A Psychomemtric test was conducted for students of class 9 and 10 on 5th Jan 2019.
